Headway Lincolnshire is a local charity that is dedicated to delivering support and services to brain injury survivors, families and carers, and have been supporting families in the County since 1987.
It is estimated that in the UK there are over 1.3 million people currently living with the effects of a brain injury. Between 2019 and 2020, there was 4262 people admitted into hospital with an Acquired Brain Injury in Lincolnshire.

• Peer support groups in Lincoln, Boston, Grantham & Spalding

• Weekly ‘Together from Home’ Zooms
• Weekly telephone contact for wellbeing checks
• Brain injury drop-in clinics in hospitals, rehabilitation centres and in the community
• Prison visits and training sessions
• Social activities
• Home and hospital visits
