That’s why, as proud sponsors of the forthcoming DK10K race on Wednesday 7th May, we’re running in aid of Tough Enough To Care, a local men’s mental health charity who promote positive conversations and support. Almost all of us will go through some sort of struggle with mental health at some point in our lives and Tough Enough To Care is there to offer support, compassion, advice and the strength to help people through tough times. We’re going the extra 6.214 miles to support this invaluable community resource, so if you can spare a few pounds, your donation really will do a power of good.
