Story

We're so excited to announce that The Great School Run of Henley at Stonor Park is back in its third year! It’s not a school run of the ordinary kind, not the quick dash from home to the classroom. It’s not just a competition either. The Great School Run is a celebration of community spirit and the joy of running.

Please visit https://thegreatschoolrun.org for more info and to register.

Race entry is free of charge. We would like to use this opportunity to make a real difference on top of having fun and collect voluntary contributions in the form of a suggested donation of £2 per race for Be Free Young Carers, an extraordinary charity dedicated to supporting young carers in our community.

Be Free Young Carers provides essential support and resources to young individuals who take on caring responsibilities for their family members. These young carers often face significant challenges balancing their caregiving duties with their education and personal lives. By donating to Be Free Young Carers, you'll be helping to ensure that these remarkable young people receive the assistance they need to thrive, despite the challenges they face.

Thank you so much for your generosity and support.

Be Free Young Carers is the only charity in Oxfordshire supporting young carers. We support them by widening their life options and improving their emotional and social health, resilience and development. We believe they can be free to fulfil their adult potential unhindered by their childhood role.
