Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50.

I often hear this get mentioned, and given that (almost!) all of my friends and colleagues are under this age I would hate for any of them to feel they couldn't talk if something is playing on their mind.

On April 5th I'm running a half marathon and wanted to use the opportunity to highlight a men's mental health charity that encourages men to talk.

Don't worry, this isn't a call for help! My motivation is to help others in case they're in need.
