It’s been 13 years since I took part in the London Marathon. That mostly put me off running for YEARS! 😂

However. I’m 40 in April 2024 and figured I’d set myself the challenge of doing the run again In celebration of the big birthday.

Nowhere near as fit as I was, this is gonna be tough going!
