Story
I've decided to take on this challenge to raise some money and awareness for Action For Pulmonary Fibrosis in memory of Paul Cartledge who sadly passed last year.
APF is only 10 years old and money will help them support patients, fund research and most importantly campaign to ensure healthcare professionals are better equipped to be able to diagnose and provide care.
This is a big commitment and it won't be easy, but it gives me a goal and will hopefully sharpen me up physically and mentally, as well as supporting a great charity that is important to myself and many others.
There'll be holidays and hangovers, but I'm going to grit my teeth and get it done. Charities do great work and if I can help one person with a small sacrifice and a few aches and pains, that will do for me.
If you could donate and share that would be appreciated. Also, if anyone wants to join me on a run, just get in touch and I'll meet up.
Thanks in advance for any support!
