As you may know, I have been a Trustee for Memory Matters in Plymouth for a few years, seeing first hand what fantastic work Kate and the team do in providing front line care, support and space for families as well as the individuals suffering from Dementia. Picking up critical areas of care that the stretched NHS can’t.

As a family we have also felt the impact of Dementia and see even more how this support is required across the country.

I will be raising money for Memory Matters Foundation by running the Plymouth Half Marathon in May and it’s been a while to say the least since I have run that far, so a great physical and mental challenge for me.
