Story
This fall, I’m stepping outside my comfort zone to help make wishes for children come true through Make-A-Wish (MAW) International, the global charity partner of Robert Half’s International Business. Over the next 12 months I plan to complete six middle-distance triathlons, also known as Half Ironman or 70.3 races, as part of a personal “Round the World Triathlon Challenge”. On October 26, I’ll take on my first race – IRONMAN 70.3 Costa Navarino in Peloponnese, Greece. My goal is to raise as much as possible to help grant wishes for children living with critical illness.
Earlier this year, our teams around the world reached an incredible milestone, raising over $1M USD for Make-A-Wish International since 2021 through local fundraisers, global activity challenges, and volunteer efforts. This generosity inspires me to keep the momentum going.
Whether it’s meeting a hero, going on a dream trip, or simply feeling joy again, a wish can change everything for a child facing serious illness. Every donation helps make that possible.
I’m not asking you to swim 1.2 miles, bike 56 miles or run a half marathon – but I am asking you to help make more wishes come true.
Every dollar counts. Every wish matters. Together, we can make it happen!
