The epls team have taken on a pretty epic challenge for June – 3,000 Push Ups each. Yep, you heard that right…a hundred push ups a day for each of us! 💪 We’re taking on this challenge all in support of the amazing Teenage Cancer Trust.

Those who have seen us in flesh will be shouting ‘are you sure?!’ But who needs a superhero physique when we've got superhero-level commitment?

It's no secret that every day, seven young people between the ages of 13 and 24 will hear the words you have cancer. And that's where the Teenage Cancer Trust steps in, providing specialised care and unwavering support so no young person has to face cancer alone. They're the only charity in the UK solely focused on meeting this crucial need.

Your £25 donation will do more than you think – it’ll provide a whole hour of things like studies, relationships, and mental wellbeing throughout cancer treatment, helping young people through their toughest moments.
