Mind is the Gregory Group 2025 Charity of the Year.

Mind is a mental health charity which aims to make mental health an everyday priority. 1 in 4 of us have mental health problems but most of us don't get the help we need. Mind want to change this.

To raise money, two of our employees - Kevin Murrin and Darren Clifford (ably assisted by Mike Hamlyn as the support driver) are cycling 1,000 miles from John O Groats to Land's End. They are stopping at Gregory Group depots along the way where other employees will join them for part of the journey.

They depart John O'Groats on Saturday 5th July and, pedals permitting, will arrive in Land's End 16 days later, on Sunday 20th July.

Here's hoping the British Summer is kind to them!
