Story
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling. Mind believes that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They listen, provide support and advice, and fight for your corner.
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the friends and family who generously supported my Hospice cause in 2024. This year, I have participated in numerous races, building on my experience and discovering that running is an incredible way to maintain good mental health while staying fit and healthy.
This is why I am excited to announce that along with running the Brighton Marathon 2026 on April 12th, I will also be taking on the challenge of the REVERSE LONDON MARATHON just two weeks later. Starting at midnight on marathon Sunday from St James Park, this event will be completely unsupported except for the camaraderie of fellow runners.
I would be incredibly grateful if you could help me raise £500 for this very worthy cause. Your support means so much as we work together to ensure that everyone has access to the mental health resources they need. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
