I'm aiming to raise £10 for every year of my life* to support Norfolk and Waveney Mind in the Blickling Autumn Half Marathon 2025.

Why? Well, as Interim Deputy Chair of their Board of Trustees for most of the last year I've seen first hand the vital work they do for communities around Norfolk and this felt like a good way to thank them and help invest in their work.

I also needed a good kick to get me running again and this has been it.

Every pound raised will help to continue to provide much needed mental health support to those who need it most in Norfolk and Waveney, and help Norfolk and Waveney Mind's campaign to reduce the stigma associated with poor mental health, support people in their recovery and champion better services for all.
