Just wanted to keep in shape....and if you're doing that we may as well raise some money for a good cause while we're at it!

A cause that is close to our heart with the work we've done over the years! We know times are tough for everyone at the moment, but please, spare anything you can. We and Mencap are eternally grateful for anything no matter how small.

Every pound raised in sponsorship makes such a big difference!

Read below to see what your money will go towards:

£15 - enables a family of a newly diagnosed child to receive an hour of support from our Advice and Information team, providing guidance & reassurance during difficult times.

£100 - enables a young person to join our Youth Club for a whole month. For many teens who have a learning disability, it offers the only opportunity for a social life outside of school.

£500 - could fund a child with a learning disability to attend our after school club for a whole term. The children play and make friends a safe and familiar environment.
