🌳 Join us for a family fun Gruffalo-themed walk at Charnwood Water! 🌳

We’re inviting families to a magical outdoor adventure inspired by The Gruffalo! The fun begins with story time in the forest, where we’ll enjoy the tale together before families can set off on a themed walk around Charnwood Water (at their own pace).

🚶‍♀️ The route is just under 1 mile. Little legs can do one lap, while those up for more of a challenge are welcome to complete two or even three circuits!

🦉 Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for Gruffalo-themed characters hidden in the trees. Collect stamps from each one you find, then head to our Gruffalo Station at the end to claim your certificate and badge!

🫧 We’ll finish the event with a bubble party - we’ll bring the bubbles, but feel free to bring your own too!

💜 This special event is the idea of 6-year-old Alfie, son of Miss Adele at AMC. Alfie wanted to create something that would make families smile and enjoy time together outdoors - and we think he’s done just that! 🥰

This is a community event and everyone is welcome - you don’t need to be an AMC member to take part. So gather the family and come enjoy some fresh air, storytelling, and Gruffalo magic with us!
