Francell was referred to Rebuild feeling extremely isolated and depressed, living everyday with the stress and trauma of past experiences. She joined one of our craft groups, and one of our Project Workers worked alongside her to sort out practical life decisions and actions necessary to rebuild her life.

“Before I felt like I was nobody like I was carrying a burden, but now I feel light and free. Before I didn’t see myself as being able to have a life but now I have a life of my own and a future to look forward to".
