Irvine Apprentices take on Bein Narnain & Ben Arthur (The Cobbler)

We are a first step chatting platform for anyone struggling who simply just needs a chat, with volunteers online waiting for a message .We are a 100% volunteer run charity raising awareness to reduce the stigma around men's mental health.

Story

Release Ayrshire are an online online men’s support service that has been set up to help provide confidential support and advice to men of any age who are down, in crisis or simple need to talk.

Although aimed at supporting men they will not turn away anyone who is struggling – friends, partners or females who need support.

GSK Irvine apprentices will be attempting both Bein Narnain and Ben Arthur on Sunday 9th July to raise funds to support Release Ayrshire. Donations such as this help Release to continue to spread awareness of the importance of good mental health. Their work is 100% volunteer led and relies on fundraising and donations to continue their work.

We appreciate all donations made to support this really special charity.
