Join us in supporting the Sam Beare Hospice, a patient-led charity dedicated to delivering vital palliative and end of life care.
Their compassionate work not only provides comfort and dignity to patients but also offers invaluable support to their families. Every year, thousands of patients, carers, and families benefit from the holistic care provided by the Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care.
Together, we can make a difference by participating in the Twilight Runway Challenge, a walk event scheduled for September 21, 2024.
Our goal is to raise £500 to contribute to this noble cause.
£19 could pay for 1 hour of care in their In-Patient Ward.
£42 could pay for a counselling session for a child.
£309 could pay for a Nurse to deliver 3 home visits to a patient.
