Switch Up is a charity which provides life changing support to young people in communities affected by crime and violence. Through physical activity, mentoring, counselling, education and employment, they improve the mental and physical wellbeing of individuals to give them the skills, confidence and motivation to realise their potential in their lives.

GT3 Architects, with a design studio based in Nottingham, specialises in Sport and Leisure architectural design. We're always keen to further our support for Switch Up, due to our shared focus on physical health and wellbeing, both in people and design. By opening up two Schools of Boxing, Switch Up are using the benefits of physical activity to overcome the challenges young people in Nottingham and Mansfield may face.

This is a charity close to our hearts, as we are seeing the positive impact the work Baz and the team are having in our local community. We will continue to support Switch Up here at GT3, to help them achieve the vital and life changing work they are currently doing and will continue to do in the future.
