The Gumbo Cup was created in memory of the late Joff Hutchinson. First hosted in 2016, since then every year a group of his friends and family get together and play the Gumbo Cup; a charity golf event with the sole purpose of bringing people together to raise money.

Since that first event, Chris Hutchinson and Jamie Richmond; along with many supporters, local business and sponsors have raised over £15k for charities supporting Mental Health. For the last 4 years Andover Mind has been the main charity the Gumbo Cup supports.

Andover Mind is a local charity for people who experience, or are affected by, mental health distress. We provide a range of services designed to enable people to achieve their individual potential and to participate in society. We also engage with the local community to promote mental well-being and to challenge stigma and discrimination.
