The MSA Trust is the sole charity providing support to over 3,500 people affected by MSA in the UK and Ireland. The Trust provides support on all aspects of living with Multiple System Atrophy from symptom management, emotional support and advocacy to combating isolation.

We receive no government funding; the MSA Trust is funded entirely by voluntary donations.
