On the 8th of September 2022, we found out that we tragically lost Jillu Nash and her daughter Louise Nash to domestic violence. Their lives were cut short, leaving behind a void in the hearts of their loved ones. Jillu and Louise were only part of our family for a short time, but everywhere they went they made a big impression.

In their memory and to raise awareness about the issue of domestic violence, I am swimming 2 miles non stop on the 10th of September 2023.

I am partnering with the incredible charity Karma Nirvana, an organization dedicated to supporting victims of honor-based abuse. Their tireless efforts empower individuals and communities, providing them with the resources and guidance needed to break free from the cycle of abuse.
