In memory of my Dad, Chris, I am taking part in the 5km Thames Hospice Open Water Swim Challenge.

The Hospice Team cared for Chris at home with the utmost compassion, dignity and respect. They were incredible and made a very difficult time that little bit easier for all the family.

This event will be a challenge for me, however I am delighted to be supporting such a deserving charity.

Funds raised from my swim will ensure that Thames Hospice can continue to provide care to those in the local community.
