I'm raising money for Street Child as part of my participation in the Tokyo Marathon 2026. I am a very keen runner hoping to reach the semi elite level within the next 18 months. I have just ran the Cologne Marathon in a time of 2:46, and hoping to go sub 2:40 in Tokyo. I have wanted to go to Japan for a very long time, and to combine this with the Tokyo Marathon is an unbelievable opportunity, which I have Street Child to thank for offering me a place on their team.

Street Child works to ensure every child can go to school and learn by providing education, child protection, and livelihood support. They address barriers to education, particularly in low-resource and emergency settings, by building schools, training teachers, providing emergency aid, and helping families start businesses to afford school costs.
