Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

Here we go again... after three years of being lazy, we’re back on the fundraising trail! We’ve done 2x 100K’s previously; London to Brighton and the Jurassic Coast raising a staggering amount collectively as the Bee Army to show support to our dear friend Barnett Jon and raising money for Brain Tumour Research. Jon’s bravery and humour in fighting his illness has been truly inspiring and we hope to do him proud once again.

This year we are completing the Thames Path challenge walking 100K along the Thames Path continuously overnight to raise more.

Any money we can raise, will help improve treatment outcomes for the thousands of people diagnosed each year in the UK and many others around the world. You can find much more information about brain tumours and the charity’s work at www.braintumourresearch.org

Brain tumours are indiscriminate; they can affect anyone at any age. What’s more they kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer... yet historically only 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.

We would be so grateful for any support you can provide us and I know Jon will be too.

Many Thanks

Guy
