This June, Me and Iwan will both be running Half Marathons on the same weekend in aid of NPT Cancer Challenge - a charity close to our hearts.

Iwan will be running the Whistler Half Marathon on June 7th and Vancouver Seek the Peak (a race up Grouse Mountain) on June 14th.

I will be running the Swansea Half Marathon, Wales on June 8th.

Our aim is to raise awareness and hopefully a bit of money for a brilliant charity ~ Neath Port Talbot Cancer Challenge who work tirelessly to provide support and aid to those who need it whilst fighting Cancer in our local area of NPT and across Wales.

A couple of years ago our amazing Tad-cu (Grandad in Welsh) was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and testament to the man he is, at 86 we are very lucky that he still lives a great life, albeit with cancer.

Understanding that not everyone is this lucky, as his grandchildren, we would love to raise awareness.
