Many of us are fortunate enough not to worry about where the next meal is coming from. Hunger is a real crisis, which no one should have to bear, hurts people’s dignity and dreams. The UN estimated that 1 in 10 of the world’s population is going to bed hungry each night.

Al-Qulub Trust have made it their mission to eliminate hunger by supporting those in need. They have teams on the ground in Morocco, Lebanon, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Turkey( Syrian Orphans residing Istanbul) ready to provide Hot meals and Food Parcels during Ramadan and beyond.

I have therefore committed to run 150km whilst fasting during the month of Ramadan so we can feed the needy.
