100% of the money raised will go to the Hariharananda Balashram Residential English medium School in Odisha, India. The school looks after over 500 under privileged students in the age group from 4 to 17. The children are given free accommodation, clothing, nutritious diet and medical care. The school has been established as a holistic model to integrate complete development of body, mind and as well as high academic intellect.

Kriya Yoga UK has been arranging these Balashram treks where the participants pay for their accommodation and travel costs and undertake to raise £1500 in sponsorship for the school.
