I am taking part in a trek in Odisha to raise funds for the Hariharananda Residential Balashram School. All the children come from a background of extreme poverty and some of the children have either lost both or one of their parents. The school literally transforms their lives. There are 550 children aged 4 to 18. The children are taught in English and receive free education, accommodation, clothing, food and medical care.
