Story

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and support Finley’s Touch — a cause that means the world to us.

Finley was a truly special little boy who was diagnosed with JMML (Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukaemia), a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. He faced his illness with incredible strength and courage, going through three stem cell transplants in less than a year. Despite the love, care, and support surrounding him, Finley sadly passed away on December 6, 2021, at just eight years old.

He left a huge mark on everyone who knew him — his warmth, his smile, and his bravery continue to inspire us every day. In his memory, Finley’s Touch was created to support other children living with cancer and the families walking this incredibly difficult path.

At Hague Dental, we’re more than just a company — we’re a close-knit team. Many of us are parents ourselves, and Finley’s story has touched us deeply. That’s why we’ve come together to take on the South Coast Hike on Saturday, September 6, 2025. We’ll be walking either 13 or 26 miles, starting in Brighton and following the stunning coastline through the South Downs, past landmarks like the Seven Sisters and Beachy Head — all to raise vital funds for this incredible cause.

We would be so grateful for your support. Whether it’s a donation, a share of our page, or simply a few kind words of encouragement — it all means so much. If you're a UK taxpayer, please consider adding Gift Aid to your donation to make it go even further.

We’re doing this for Finley, and for all the children and families facing cancer today. With your help, we can make a real difference.
