Story
Last year, my business partner, friend and someone I consider family, Ross Laurence, was diagnosed with bowel cancer. He faced life-changing ostomy surgery with remarkable strength and resilience. Despite the challenges, Ross proved unstoppable—just weeks after surgery, he was back to training and working hard, no matter the weather. His courage and determination are nothing short of inspirational.
Inspired by Ross and our business partner Kyle, who ran three half marathons last year for Cancer Research, I’ve decided to step into the ring. On November 23, 2024, I will participate in an Ultra White Collar Boxing match in Birmingham. You can find details about the event here.

Cancer is a battle fought by many. While loved ones can provide support, each person faces the disease alone in their treatment. With 1 in 2 of us likely to be diagnosed with cancer in our lifetimes, it's crucial to support ongoing research that improves treatments and survival rates. Thanks to the efforts of organisations like Cancer Research, survival rates have doubled in recent years—but there's still much work to be done.
Ross’s strength and courage remind me every day why this fight matters. By raising funds, we can help ensure that future cancer patients have the resources, treatments, and hope they need.
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Whether you're donating in memory of someone, in support of a loved one, or just because you believe in the cause, your generosity is vital. Together, we can take on cancer and fight for a cure.
Please donate today to support my fundraising efforts. Let’s fight cancer together!
