Forget Me Knot FC was created from love, loss, and the need for connection.

Baby loss can be an incredibly isolating experience. Many parents and families carry their grief quietly, unsure where to turn or how to talk about what they’ve been through. Forget Me Knot FC exists to offer a safe, understanding space where people affected by baby loss can come together — not to forget, but to remember, heal, and support one another.

Football is our shared ground, but the heart of our team is about more than the game. It’s about community, wellbeing, and creating moments of normality and hope after loss. Whether someone joins to play, train, or simply be part of the group, they are met with empathy, understanding, and acceptance.
