Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This year I'm taking part in the annual Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland appeal to fundraise for life-saving services. My goal is £200, but the more the merrier! Every little bit helps, so even if you can only afford a tiny donation, it still makes a difference, and I'm very grateful! And I'll be participating in the abseilling event off the Forth Bridge on the 28th of September, in celebration of this fantastic appeal.

Every penny raised will go towards helping someone in Scotland do more than survive when they return home from hospital with a chest, heart or stroke condition – you’ll help them really live. You’ll be helping CHSS fund vital support services so more people across Scotland can get the support they need.

I've had both friends and family members suffer from life-changing heart conditions, so raising money for this great organisation really feels meaningful to me.
