Story
We are delighted to let you know that we will be holding a non‑school uniform day on Friday 20th March 2026 to raise money for Comic Relief.
To help us paint the day red (not literally… we hope!), we are asking students to wear something red in exchange for a donation.
As the theme this year is Take Yourself Funny for Money, throughout the day, children will be encouraged to share their funniest jokes with their class. Each class will vote for their favourite, and the winning jokes will be shared in assembly. The overall school winner - the comedian who gets the biggest laugh - will have their joke featured in the newsletter and on Facebook, and will also receive a small prize.
Good luck to all our budding comedians!
Comic Relief supports incredible projects and organisations that are making a difference for people across the UK and around the world.
Any donation you can make will make a difference. It could help provide shelter for those that need it, put food on plates, fill the shelves of baby banks, offer someone to talk to, or somewhere to be safe. It will go towards organisations supporting those facing poverty and injustice here in the UK and around the world.
