The Family Center’s mission is to strengthen families affected by crisis, illness or loss to create a more secure present and future for their children. With a business-minded approach, "TFC" provides expert social, legal, mental healthcare, and behavioral healthcare services to New Yorkers and their families. Over 80% of children and teens, who come to TFC, have been exposed to one or more traumatic incidents and suffer a range of symptoms. These youth find healing at TFC, as more than 85% experience symptom reduction in less than 6 months.
