Story

Do you know someone who has died by suicide? Or someone who is currently experiencing suicidal feelings? The Hope@22 project at Number 22 Community Counselling Services supports adults 18 years + who are experiencing suicide ideation, have recently attempted suicide and those who are facing extremely challenging circumstances.

Number 22 Counselling Service is an exceptional charity with some 200 counsellors providing a free service to people of all ages within the local communities of Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor and surrounding areas such as Marlow and Burnham.

The Hope@22 project costs £38,000 a year to keep going and we are currently running short of funds for this very special and much needed project. So we have a team who are running the Windsor Half Marathon on 24th September to raise much needed funds to keep this project going. We also have a young person who is going to run in the junior race. We have set ourselves a fundraising target of £5,000. A donation of any size would be so greatly appreciated. Your donation matters and could help save a life. Thank you!
