I'm helping my friend and work colleague Toby Amis to make a difference by joining him in the Hackney Half Marathon Challenge for Head & Neck Cancer.

In 2021 Toby was told he had cancer on his vocal cords but thanks to an early diagnosis and life-saving treatment, he made a full recovery.
