At Hamptons Resourcing, we live and breathe social care. Every day, we work with the incredible individuals who lead and shape care services across the UK — and we see firsthand the impact that the right support can make.
This August, our team is lacing up our boots and taking on a half-marathon hike across the breathtaking but brutal terrain of Snowdonia. We’re pushing ourselves to raise money and awareness for Way Ahead Support Services, a charity close to our hearts and our mission.
Way Ahead has been supporting vulnerable individuals in Warwickshire for over fifty years. From adults with learning disabilities and autism to those with mental health needs, dementia or physical impairments — their person-centred care helps people live with dignity, independence and joy.
As social care recruitment specialists, we know just how vital this type of support is. That’s why we’re proud to walk, climb (and probably sweat!) for this cause. Hamptons was founded on the values of empathy, professionalism and partnership — and this challenge brings all of that together.
