Dear Family and Friends

On April 13th I’ll be running the Paris Marathon to raise funds for Dementia UK.

As many of you know my lovely Dad has advanced Vascular Dementia. He’s well cared for in a home and I’m lucky to be able to regularly spend time with him.

Training has been a little more challenging than anticipated with flu, norovirus and an achilles issue but I will be on the start lane ready to go!
