I am fundraising this year for the charity Lapis (London Accessibility Psychotherapy & Inclusive Supervision). Lapis is a registered charity whose vision is to provide an accessible psychotherapy service to those with physical disabilities and health conditions, learning disabilities and neurodivergence, and to also make this service available to their families and carers.

I will be hiking for 30km in Folkestone to raise important funds to help keep the service going, and try and spread awareness of the charity. We are a small charity and every penny helps those in need of mental health support, to people usually dismissed or forgotten about, this service is vital for us all.
