As you might know, I am super proud to work as an Assistant Psychologist for Devon Partnership NHS Trust. I’ve had the privilege of working with people facing some of the toughest moments of their lives, and have seen for myself just how powerful the right support can be, and how desperately it’s needed.

That’s why I’ve chosen to support Open Up, a charity launched by DPT to provide vital mental health support, raise awareness, and break down stigma.

To raise money, I’ll be running the Great West Run, a half marathon through the lovely (but very hilly) streets of Exeter. Your donation won’t flatten the hills—but it will lift my spirits when I run up cardiac hill at 15k 🫠

I know how stretched services can be, and I know how much difference that money can make. Your donation, no matter the size, helps Open Up continue this essential work and reach more people who are struggling.
