COSMIC is an amazing charity that supports children and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary's Hospital and Queen Charlottes Hospital by helping patients and their families, and enabling our dedicated team of nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to treat hundreds of babies and children in intensive care.

They go above and beyond what the the NHS can't afford, purchasing vital equipment, providing training for health care professionals, funding programmes of groundbreaking research into life threatening-diseases and supporting families through the most important time of their lives with one-to-one support, advice, counselling and accomodation.

As one of the children's physiotherapists working on PICU I have seen first hand the beautiful and important impact COSMIC has for so many patients and families providing that helping hand when it's needed most.
