In December 2023, we were all shocked and devastated to find out that our lovely family friend and my brother Jack's best friend Tom, had passed away suddenly from sepsis.

In Tom's memory, and to raise funds to fight against sepsis, my sister's fiancé and I will be running the Great North Run this September.

The money raised will fund vital work, public awareness, education for health professionals & support for those adjusting to life after sepsis.
