Story
On April 26th 2026 I will be running 26.2 miles (from The Conwy Suspension Bridge to Doc Fictoria Caernarfon) in aid of The National Autistic Society. I will be doing this to celebrate and raise awareness of autism. Your support and donations would be greatly appreciated. Please see below for a brief description of what The National Autistic Society does and how The TCS London Marathon My Way works:
The National Autistic Society is the UK’s leading charity for autistic people. Since 1962, we’ve been transforming lives, changing attitudes and helping to create a society that works for autistic adults and children. We transform lives by providing residential and day services for adults, schools, diagnosis and other services, and we provide support, guidance and practical advice through our website, branches and helplines to 10s of thousands of the 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK, as well as their three million family members and carers. We change attitudes by improving public understanding of autism and the difficulties many autistic people face. We also work closely with governments, local authorities and businesses to help them provide more autism-friendly spaces, deliver better services and improve laws.
The TCS London Marathon My Way sees tens of thousands of people taking part in the world's biggest marathon from wherever they are on the planet - at the same time as the mass event on the streets of London.
You can do the virtual any way you like over 24 hours - walk it, run it, do it in stages, the choice is yours!
Thank you!
