Simon on the Streets offers unlimited emotional and practical support for homeless and vulnerable people to enable them to achieve their goals.

All the services are delivered on an outreach basis directly on the streets. The charity delivers outreach at all hours of the day and night when many of the most vulnerable are struggling. The Charity has a focus on supporting individuals to achieve their own goals.

I have chosen to support this charity as I believe everyone deserves a safe place to live and this charity works in my local area of Leeds and Bradford. I really appreciate that this charity gives practical help whilst also considering the individuals wants and needs, it meets them where they are and the volunteers build connections to better support homeless and vulnerable people.
