Running for nature recovery

Hannah Fox is raising money for London Wildlife Trust

London Marathon 2026 · 26 April 2026 ·

London Wildlife Trust is the only charity dedicated to protecting the capital's wildlife and wild spaces. Managing 36 nature reserves, our purpose is nature recovery for a thriving city with a vision of a London alive with wildlife and nature in everyone's neighbourhood.

Story

I'm very excited that on 26th April I'll be running the London Marathon for the first time and feel doubly excited that I'll be raising money for London Wildlife Trust at the same time. This is more than just a personal fitness challenge - it’s a run for the wild spaces that keep our city breathing and help to keep me sane!

As a Trustee and Treasurer of London Wildlife Trust for the last six years, I've seen first-hand the dedication and hard work that go into protecting and restoring our urban nature. From ambitious rewilding projects to the tireless management of our 36 nature reserves, I know exactly how much every pound raised matters to the future of our city’s wildlife.

I’d be so grateful if you could help me make every mile count - please consider supporting my run for London Wildlife Trust -and to put my money where my mouth is, I’ll match-fund all donations, so your generosity will go even further!
