Grace house is a charity focused on providing support and accommodation for vulnerable adult women, often those experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse or other challenging circumstances. They offer a safe and supportive environment, helping women rebuild their lives through various programs and services, such as counselling, life skills training, and access to essential resources. My name is Hannah and this is my chosen charity for my school Welsh Baccalaureate volunteering.
