Our Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team are getting themselves out of their comfort zone to have fun, get fit and get to know each other. Staff have been supporting each other to try out swimming, cycling and running and in September we are all taking part in the Dorney triathlon to raise money for the Berkshire Healthcare Charity. We have benefitted from money from this charity which is going towards improving the mental health clinic space and making it more accessible for children with special needs. It would be great if we can raise some money towards this and other projects to improve healthcare in Berkshire.
