Story
Predict. Prevent. Protect. I (Hannah, hello!) first met Prevent Breast cancer when working on 'Identities' playing 'Left boob' with Close To Home Productions. It felt appropriate to choose Prevent as my Charity with Ultra Comedy, as I am again making a 'tit' out of myself.
A bit about the event:
Ultra comedy have raised over 34 million for charity and are back at it again with their event on the 23rd of June at the Backyard Comedy Club in London. They're giving new comics 8 weeks free training and the chance to fundraise for a charity they hold close to home, to perform in front of their nearest and dearest.
I would really appreciate any funds you can manage to give to Prevent and hope to see you at the Backyard on the 23rd.
If I bomb on stage, I was never there - pics or it didn't happen. Hannah Harquart.
More from Prevent Breast Cancer here:
Predict. Prevent. Protect. You could call it our mantra. As the only UK charity entirely dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer, we’re committed to freeing the world from the disease altogether. Unlike many cancer charities, we’re focused on preventing, rather than curing. Promoting early diagnosis, screening and lifestyle changes, we believe we can stop the problem before it starts. Being situated at the only breast cancer prevention centre in the UK, we’re right at the front-line in the fight against the disease.
