In July, my mum and I will be walking 9,400 steps every day in support of Endometriosis UK. 9,400 steps because it represents the average time it takes for someone with endometriosis to be diagnosed of 9 years and 4 months.

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth, yet so many people spend years searching for answers. Having experienced the impact of this condition myself, I wanted to take on this challenge to help raise awareness and support the work Endometriosis UK does.
