Story
My sister Naomi passed away in 2007 with cerebral palsy & motor neurone disease at 11 and 3/4 years old. In her memory I will be taking on the Edale Skyline Challenge on July 20th to raise funds for Naomi’s Garden - the charity named in her honour - which aims to provide a ‘Centre of Wholeness’ in Lincolnshire where we grew up, providing Conductive Education amongst other therapies for children like Naomi and their families, the kind of which we had to travel hours and hours to access when she was alive.
I will be taking on this challenge of 6 peaks, 23 miles, 4620ft ascent with two of my siblings & some of my very best friends amongst an incredible team of people coming together to make a difference for Naomi’s Garden. 🌱⛰️❤️
For more information please see @naomisgardencharity on Instagram, Naomi’s Garden Conductive Education on Facebook or the www.naomisgarden.org. We also have a YouTube channel! Please watch the stories and meet the children & adults this charity reaches. And please support me in helping to make this dream become a reality.
Thank you, Hannah xxxxx

“Since 2010, Naomi’s Garden has become a sanctuary for those with movement disorders and sensory challenges. Through its innovative Conductive Education and SEND programmes, it has provided support, offering a unique blend of therapy and care. With a new premises now secured, Naomi's Garden stands poised to expand its reach and impact. However, additional funds are required to undertake essential renovations to transform the building into a functional centre of wholeness. Every contribution will play a vital role in bringing this vision to life. The essence of Naomi's Garden lies in the impact it has on the lives it touches. It's a beacon of hope and a celebration of the human spirit. By supporting Naomi's Garden fundraising, you're not just investing in a building, you’re investing in the future of many families who rely on its services. Join this journey of transformation creating a lasting legacy of compassion and hope. Together, we can move mountains.”
